This pirate mug is for the one who has hung up the cutlass and would honestly rather sit down: the new retiree, the dad over 40, the friend whose knees announce every staircase. The story+
This pirate mug is for the one who has hung up the cutlass and would honestly rather sit down: the new retiree, the dad over 40, the friend whose knees announce every staircase. A weathered old pirate leans on a cane with PILLAGING IS A above him and YOUNG MAN'S GAME below, which makes it an easy Christmas morning coffee gift or stocking stuffer.
The print shows a bearded pirate in a patched tricorn hat and eye patch, a green parrot on his shoulder, a wooden peg leg, a walking stick and a red, white and blue striped coat, standing on a few broken planks. PILLAGING IS A is set in navy slab capitals and YOUNG MAN'S GAME in dark gold, big enough to read across a kitchen, on bright white glossy ceramic.
It matches our Pillaging Is a Young Man's Game hoodie, so the mug and the hoodie make a funny set for the same retired adventurer. Fill it with coffee, tea or cocoa and let the old sea dog tell you the plundering days are over. A funny pirate mug like this also suits a desk, a boat or a man cave shelf.
