The story+
Some clubs have a clubhouse. This one has a squat rack, a chalk bucket and a parking lot that’s still dark when you pull in. Membership is simple: you show up before the sun does.
Plate Club is a stack of worn iron plates stamped EST. 5 AM., printed in a distressed, vintage-badge style. It’s a men’s gym shirt for the guys who train early and train often — heavy enough to lift in, clean enough to wear to breakfast after. Pair it with joggers or shorts on leg day, or throw a hoodie over it on the walk in.
Original art, drawn for Graphic Tees Co. and printed the day you order it.

Questions+
- Is this a good shirt to work out in?
- Yes. It’s a midweight cotton graphic gym tee — great for lifting days and rest days. It isn’t a moisture-wicking performance shirt.
- Do you have bigger sizes in this men’s gym shirt?
- Yes. It runs from S all the way to 5XL.
- Is there a matching gym hoodie?
- Check our gym hoodies collection — new designs land there every month.
- How do I wash this graphic tee?
- Inside out, cold water, gentle cycle. Skip bleach and fabric softener, then hang dry or tumble dry low. Never iron directly on the print.
